Airlines don’t generally make it easy to share points among family members, however there are some that do.
Jet Blue is absolutely the best program and it allows up to 7 family members to share points. They really are a pretty good airline – reasonable airfares and great routes around US, Caribbean, Latin America and Northern South America.
British Airways allows family members to share miles in a household account. Once you have a household account you can then share point with family and friends.
Lastly, Qantas Airlines allows transfers up to 4 times in a 12-month period. If you do it online it’s free – if you use customer service you pay a fee.
Not a lot of companies to choose from but good information to have.
